YG freeze dryer is made of SUS304 square tube splicing, which is the upgraded model of electric heating type.
It adopts silicone oil circulation heating to ensure the uniformity of the cooling and heating of the compartment to the material. The temperature difference after the temperature balance of the partition is only 1°C. The integrated design of cold trap and lyophilization chamber reduces the volume of the equipment, which is suitable for lyophilization of small amounts of samples and exploration of process conditions (food processing, dehydration of antique books, pre-treatment of soil samples, etc.).

SCIENTZ-S production-type freeze dryer adopts a true color touch screen + PLC + PID as the control core. The instrument has the advantages of stable, reliable and convenient control system.
In addition, dozens of freeze-drying curve options are built-in, each of which includes 40 levels of temperature control and settings for refrigeration compressor, vacuum pump start-up protection and other measures to extend the service life of the equipment. Ideal for large-scale freeze-drying of bulk (liquid, paste, solid) substances.

SCIENTZ-1LS is an all-in-one vacuum centrifuge concentrator with a water trap for convenience. It can be adapted to N and ND series freeze dryers or equipped with a low-temperature cold trap to realize concentration and lyophilization. The centrifugal force, vacuum and acceleration can make the solvent in the sample evaporate quickly, so as to achieve the effect of concentrating the sample. A variety of rotor options are available to provide concentration of small volumes in large batches depending on the rotor, individual sample volumes can range from a few ml to 50 ml. The enzyme rotor can also be used to concentrate the samples loaded in the enzyme plate. They are used in a wide range of applications in biology, microbiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical research and analytical chemistry.
